Purchases
All orders are non returnable and non refundable. All items are made to order using the highest quality materials
and craftsmanship. You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind from Poerava.
Pricing
We want to make sure that ordering at Poerava is as fun and easy as possible. We do our best to keep information as
up-to-date as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime
prior to or after an order due to errors, omissions, unavailability, out of stock, or changing market conditions. We may
also adjust shipping rates, tax, and any other prices in the order invoice.
All sales are in US currency ($USD). International orders, you may be charged customs duties or taxes on your
package once it reaches your country. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that occur from
an incorrect address or refused shipment.
Sales Tax
Orders to ship within the State of California, USA are subject to sales tax.
Ordering
All orders placed with us shall be subject to acceptance or cancellation at anytime. Placing an order with us, customer
acknowledges that he/she has read the policies and accepts our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Payments
Secure On-line Orders - We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, & Poerava Gift Certificates.
If you are purchasing with a credit card for the first time it is our policy to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing
information on the account so make sure that you submit the correct info. This security check occasionally causes a
delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and protect our customers.
You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with Poerava we will only ship
to the verifiable address. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. Same rule also applies for
PayPal and Poerava Gift Certificates.

Orders can be placed over the phone during our business hours 9am-1pm PST (Monday through Friday, excluding
Holidays).
General Order
There is no minimum order quantity for a regular order. We do offer FREE USPS ground shipping on all domestic
orders.
Wholesale Ordering
To do a wholesale order, you will need to activate your wholesale account by visiting our wholesale page.
Invoicing
If ordered item is "discontinued" we'll email you and let you know immediately.
We'll also adjust invoice if:
1) S&H was not charged on original invoice
2) Shipping method changed (including wrong shipping method selected)
3) Additional order placed
4) When volume charge is needed
If we have to adjust invoice, corrected amount will be charged to your credit card. If payment was made with PayPal,
we'll send you a corrected invoice.
